Joseph Shaffer (co-founder) is a licensed general and specialized contractor under the supervision of the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). Joseph started his career as a foreman in the residential construction industry, from new condo development to high-end renovations. He then opened and co-founded JJ Refinishing, a specialized construction company. For over eight years JJ Refinishing has been servicing companies, ranging from multination REIT’s, hotels to independent residential properties, such as THE HILTON, DELTA HOTELS, HOLIDAY INN, CAPREIT, BOARD WALK, TIMBERCREEK, SHERATON, to name a few. Consequently, Joseph has acquired the unique ability to rehabilitate the old infrastructure. Josephs construction experience together with his great understanding of the market mixed with an eye for neighborhoods with great value has made his acquisitions and joint partnerships exhibit greater ROI’s then the market.
