LS Capital has two different investment models:
1. Fix and flip = exit on sale 12-18 months
2. Buy and hold = exit on refinance or sale minimum 5 years.
$100k is the minimum investment.
There is no strict maximum.
Each property is registered as a LP (limited partnership) GP (general partnership) corporation.

Each investor is liable to the bank for their percentage of investment equity.
LS Capital takes a flat rate management fee, that fluctuates depending on the size of the project.
LS Capital makes all internal operational decisions that is predetermined before the start of the project. Any major decision gets voted on by the investors.
LS Capital provides quarterly reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and a run down of all operations.
